My partner and I are new residents with avenue living and I put in a request for maintenance. Once around 4am because I just noticed the issue and only a few hours later is when maintenance showed up and fixed it. Also, with another concern I put in a request at 9pm and right away the maintenance man showed up and looked at what I was needing to be done and he came back the next day and got it all fixed up.
