place will trick you....looks nice but the landlord is kin to the devil....she is miserable and will make your stay here miserable also.....no pool...nothing gets fixed for MONTHS!!! Stray cats are treated better than tenants.
When I first met my boyfriend, he lived at Windsor Apartments in Albany, Ga. They are not the most modern apartments in the area, nor are they fancy, but if you want a quiet and decent lifestyle...that is where you should be. Every time we went to the pool, it was spotless.
