I brought my dog to Windsong Veterinary Hospital for severe constipation. On arrival they immediately gave an estimate of $800+ and I asked for a second opinion. They performed a minor X‑ray on day one and charged $200+, which did not help. The next day they performed an enema (warm water, level 1) and said my dog should be relieved within 2–24 hours. I found Dr. Kline after asking ChatGPT for recommendations on a nearby vet that was known for taking great care of pets, listening to owners concerns, and willing to problem solve thoroughly. Our 12 month old puppy had been having gastrointestinal issues for almost a week straight causing us to be up every 2 hours throughout the night. We recently took on a stray cat (kitten) from a friends, my friend had him nuetered and other checkups done, but we recevied Hobbes with a nasty wound on his tail. We wanted to try a closer vet than our normal one and tried Windsong. Dr. Kline and her office were very warm and welcoming from the initial contact.
