I attempted to schedule a tour with this complex with their self-guided tour scheduling. On our first attempt, we arrived and tried to locate a lockbox but none could be found. The app gives you 10 minutes to locate the box or you “owe a charge” and can’t view the unit. We attempted to schedule a second tour the following day. DO NOT ADD YOUR NAME TO THE WAITING LIST!!! THEY WILL PULL YOUR CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION MONTHS AFTER YOU APPLIED. I DID NOT APPROVE THIS I WAS TOLD THAT MY CREDIT WOULD NOT BE PULLED UNLESS I CAME INTO THE OFFICE TO DO THE NEXT STEPS AFTER MY NAME CAME UP ON THE WAITLIST. WE NEVER MOVED TO THE NEXT STEP. THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND IM IN THE MIDDLE OF PREPARING TO BUY A HOUSE.

Do not apply for this place. They’re the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. They’ll put you on a waitlist for months you’ll forget you even applied for this cespool and then they’ll send a 100$ collections bill immediately. I don’t care how desperate for a place you are. Find somewhere else.

I really liked these units based on what I was seeing online. I looked on their website and saw there was availability for two different units. I tried calling and no answer, so I started the application process as I know that places go quickly. As I went through the application process, it came time for payment. I figured I was going to be charged the $50 application fee (not a problem) but also there was a $800 floor plan deposit. What?
