I really liked these units based on what I was seeing online. I looked on their website and saw there was availability for two different units. I tried calling and no answer, so I started the application process as I know that places go quickly. As I went through the application process, it came time for payment. I figured I was going to be charged the $50 application fee (not a problem) but also there was a $800 floor plan deposit. What? I had the pleasure of working with Makayla from the leasing office and she has been very supportive and helpful as I navigate through the process of moving. The townhomes are older however they have been updated and they are reasonably priced and come with access to a gorgeous pool right on raintree lake which my daughters will love. Their maintenance manager Wes has been with the company for decades and is also extremely friendly and helpful. I felt welcome and I appreciated my experience.
Any time I have inquired about the housing provided by this company I am met with rude and unhelpful staff.
