We bought an inventory house from this builder last year and have been really enjoying the house! The purchase process was not that smooth. Because I just broke contract with Normandy Home, their sister company, Craig, the sales manager at Southgate had to ask for exception. They had this weird rule that they would not sell to anyone that previously broke contract with them. He got the green light, of course, but required EXTRA earnest money from us.
