The wait time for this facility is ridiculous. I had an appointment at 2:15pm (I arrived at 1:50pm). I waited in the waiting room for 50 minutes before they called me back for my mammogram and waited ANOTHER 40 minutes until they did the monogram. I had two other imaging to be done and it was the same waiting in between images. I never left the facility until 5:40pm. The front desk staff had already gone home at 4:45pm. Horrible on hold for 27 minute before getting a person, person answered and told me to hold on again. When I called the 1st time after I got a person and was converting with her she hung up in the middle of the conversation. Called back and was told they are busy. Horrible place, they also missed a cancer spot on my sisters Mamogram that Roswell also missed but was found be the third party. Spent over an hour on the phone and was hung up on again. I give up with this conglomerate meat factory.
