You can kill yourself falling on ice on entryways and sidewalks that never get salted. Plus, have new tenants that move in and play thumping bass music 22 hours a day making it impossible to have any peace and quiet? They will do NOTHING about it!
I currently live here now and i strongly advise you to stay away! I moved into an apartment that was supposedly move in ready. with a broken window, exposed wires, broken dryer, broken cabinets, broken doors, and a terrible smell. And it takes hours just to get ahold of anyone in management.
Best place I've ever lived at.
