Rebecca was great and very attentive when I needed assistance. I love the pool area, and it's in a gated community for our safety.
I used to live in Windsong over 3 years, and I have always had a great customer service from Hanalee the manager. She has always willing to assist me with any issue. The pool was my safe space, but always a great place; I had to move for personal issues, but if it was up to me I would have never left! They always maintain the property clean and neat, I don’t know why people say other wise, residents are the ones to make the trash and then complain, but they do great picking up. No recomiedo vivir aqui te sacan dinero por todo no hay un precio fijo de pago te ponen a pagar multas sin razon te ponen cargos que ni tu sabes de donde lo sacan mal servicio de mantenimiento se roban carros y ellos no se responsabiliza
Rebecca and the leasing staff are very amazing and they are very nice. I love living here and you will too. Surrounded by lots of places. They will help you with moving. Beautiful drive on the way into the apartments. The 2 bedrooms apartments you will love. Spacious, windows nice appliances so come check it out.
Not removing this review this time- We’re being charged an amenity fee for amenities that doesn’t work - 2 laundry rooms yet none of the washers work AT ALL! One pool is always over packed, the other is as green as the grass. 3mo after making this complaint there’s still no water in the gym… Only decent thing about this complex is the maintenance staff. Replace the amenity fee with a different fee if the amenities can’t be used. SMFH !
