Another bull story
Good at what they do but a lil hard to get ahold of sometime and to know when they show up
Honestly where do I begin? I made my claim on Friday, which was 4th of July weekend. And I understand the holidays have effect on hours. But I made a claim for my windshield on Friday, and I was told everything was set and ready for my appointment on Tuesday. Sure enough they WAITED ALL DAY!! just to tell me the part for my car was not available. And then they went ahead and cancelled my appointment without giving me options to follow up.
