I had a break-in earlier this morning and contacted Windshield Hub for help. They dispatched someone right away, and the young man who came out was polite, professional, and very attentive. He handled everything quickly and made the process stress-free during a difficult situation. His customer service was outstanding—truly everything a customer could want. I greatly appreciate the fast response and excellent service provided.
I highly recommend window replacement Hub cheaper than Safelite auto repair. They were quicker more efficient and friendly from the service repair man to the lady in customer service who is texting me updates and informing me of my drivers delivery time. Great service great pricing no hassle.
Two nights ago my car was caught in the crossfire of a shoot out and a bullet shot through my windshield. I was able to schedule a replacement that night. Brian just finished my replacement and did an excellent job. He was kind, efficient, and thorough, even saving my windshield stickers! Pricing was great as well. Highly recommend!
Could not have asked for a better experience. Generated an instant quote online, then booked a same day appointment online (very user friendly site). And they even waived the fee to come to my house to do the replacement. Received a call from the technician, Bryan, during the appointment window informing me he’d arrive within 18 minutes. Everything was great! Bryan was amazing! Great company, very satisfied and wonderful customer service! From the first contact of my service call, I felt like my needs were important to the company. Then when Bryan arrived ON TIME, I walked out of my house to greet him, and he spoke to me as if I was his favorite Auntie and he had just arrived to have coffee. 😍 I'm sure they have other technicians, but if I ever need service of a windshield again, I will call "WINDSHIELD HUB" and request Bryan.
