Had them remove my windshield to fix a rust problem, then reinstall. They broke the windshield, then said they couldn't find a replacement and just left it at that. Safelite supposedly could supply a replacement windshield, but Windshield Specialist wouldn't work with them because they are a competitor. While I tried to sort out what to do, they disposed of the windshield they cracked. Tried to go local, but Safelite was the better choice - least they can source the replacement windshield. I was satisfied with the quote, it was the most competitive of 3 others I received and they were able to come out the very next day to my home for replacement. The technician was friendly, helpful, and thoroughly explained what was being done. Much appreciated!
I found my windshield started to splinter from a rock. I arrived to ask if it could be repaired or if I needed a new windshield. Tallon was courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to fill the crack right away. Awesome, friendly service! Went above and beyond my expectations.
Windshield replacement: the first appointment was cancelled after I had dropped my car off because the new windshield was damaged but not checked before the appointment. The second appointment had a defective windshield installed that could not be fixed, so I am living with it. The dots are connect by paint near the rearview mirror & while small they are annoying and look like bugs. Bottom line, the windshield is not perfect although it was new.
Had a crack in my windshield and the fantastic staff toke care of everything for me. After giving them a call and texting them my insurance card all I had to do is show up at the office at my appointment and they replaced the windshield in a morning and calibrated all the safety equipment(which not every shop can do!). I would highly recommend them for any windshield or auto glass service you need! Thanks again!
