Reported my glass claim through State Farm on Friday morning and a little later received a call from Ellen gathering additional details and to set up my appointment for Friday afternoon. I can't say enough good things about Windshield Specialists. They were able to get me scheduled and complete the replacement that same week. The entire process was smooth, and they even helped navigate the insurance claim. What really set them apart, though, was their customer service. After the windshield was replaced, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the rearview mirror area.
