We were treated wonderfully by Damion. Got my Window fixed quickly and professionally
Had a small chip in my windshield. They said I could come over right away and they’d look at it. Damion analyzed the chip and shared that it was a 50/50 chance it would crack more because of multiple points of impact. He shared an estimate of replacing the windshield if it did. After starting the work he realized that I had a rock hit exactly on the same spot as a previous chip repair. He touched it up, buffed it, and didn’t charge me anything. WS just repaired a chip in my windshield and did a great job at a fair price
The Windshield Specialist team was great, they even saved me money when completing the ADAS calibration/windshield camera recalibration. The car was done in a short time, which was good as I went to get a bite to eat and was done when got back. I would use them again if ever need any auto glass work completed.
Had them remove my windshield to fix a rust problem, then reinstall. They broke the windshield, then said they couldn't find a replacement and just left it at that. Safelite supposedly could supply a replacement windshield, but Windshield Specialist wouldn't work with them because they are a competitor. While I tried to sort out what to do, they disposed of the windshield they cracked. Tried to go local, but Safelite was the better choice - least they can source the replacement windshield.
