Called Glass Doctor to get an estimate. They were VERY rude and I WILL NEVER refer business to them.
A rock hit my windshield and I called The Windshield Dr and they told me to come right in and it would take about 15 minutes and it cost $38.00 to repair. Very friendly when I called and very professional.
Called at 10:30 am. and they said they could not do a replacement until the next day and will keep the vehicle all day long. Would not text a quote, wanted to call back with a quote. Seems out of touch with new technology. Unprofessional, hung up the phone when I told them that their competitors were texting quotes. I do not recommend. Long-time resident of the LaMarque-TXCity area.
