Small safe community-based complex. Even during the past updates it went as smoothly and quickly as possible. My unit has been well maintained and was move in ready for us quickly also. Any maintenance has been handled in a swift manner and repaired correctly. Overall I gave up a fitness center but pool and laundry room are top notch.

I don't agree with raising my rent every time I sign a new lease. You are going to price me right out of the market at some point.

Thanks for the review! Unfortunately most apartment communities have to raise rents at renewal time because the cost of running our complex goes up each year. However, if you are at market rent already I may be able to keep you at the same rate. Check with me when it comes time for you to renew :)
