Ok, I know the last review is from 2008, but it has really changed since then! The office and maintenance staff has always been very friendly towards me and has helped me out a lot during my move in process, and throughout my entire stay here. I moved in at the end of 2009, and have just recently renewed again. I love this place! They hosted a big luau party out by the pool in September that was so much fun! I moved from a small one bedroom into the one bedroom unit here and was amazed at hoe much more room I had...and I am ... read more

Have lived here for five years...leaving now that theyre raising my rent AGAIN for a 30+ year old apt. Management is uninterested in anything other than collecting your money. Oh, and the best part-no grace period. You dont pay ON the 1st, you pay 35.00 and 5.00 a day there after. Better not have hard times...you can have my unit because Im outa here!!!
