Lived here for nearly 15 years, couldn't ask for a better place to live. The apartment manager, Hayley, is fantastic and extremely helpful. Maintenance is fast and efficient, and I've never had any issues with neighbors. Would definitely recommend living here.
I moved in February and I have been very happy with Haley the property manager. She has gone over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed she has been the sweetest property manger I have ever dealt with. The maintenance team has been great as well also going over and beyond acknowledging me each time I have seen them and even loving on my fur babies making me feel welcome. Great People and timely service
The rent is great compared to the rest of the town but if you plan on moving don’t unpack, especially if people are dirty in other units you will have to pack everything every two weeks for them to spray for the next 6 months, it gets old plus a big inconvenience that often. Don’t get me wrong I’m glad they spray but it’s not going to do any good with other people living dirty. Lived here three years and have had prompt responses and resolutions to any help needed or any Work orders put in and all recent repairs been done with integrity.
