Met with Melissa today and I had a wonderful experience. She took the time to answer my questions. She was very professional and respectful!!!
This place is unacceptable to live in! Maintenance consistently fails to address issues, and the manager, Melissa, is rarely in her office. The pool hasn’t been open in over three years! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
This place is a NIGHTMARE! Melissa is so rude and unprofessional. Roaches and rats everywhere. They come in your house and brake your things then try to blame it on the neighbors. Underage kids smoking and park isn't safe.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This property is poorly managed. The dumpster is consistently overflowing, and the maintenance staff is ineffective—they rarely fix anything. Furthermore, they enter your apartment without permission. After you move out, they may even contact Child Protective Services to open a case against you. They will attempt to wrongfully evict you, but if it goes to court, it will be dismissed because they didn't follow the proper procedures.
