Filled out an application and paid the fee ($50). Called every day to follow up and see what else was needed, but no one answered. Finally called me 7 days later, and was told our unit doesn't have W/D hookup. Told them I was no longer interested, wasted fee. Whatever. I get an email 3 weeks afterward saying I owe them a $50 application fee and theyre sending it to collections if i dont pay. Watch how they try to twist this below. So far so good… Moved in and the apartment was ready when we agreed it should be. The unit has utilities already, they just charge you the usage. Everything can be done online, friendly people.
The move in process was super easy! Very efficient staff, Canaan was very helpful and awesome!!
I had a great experience touring the property thanks to Canaan. She was incredibly professionally, friendly, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The tour was well organized, informative, and gave me a clear picture of what it would be like to live here!
