After moving out they charged us $390 for screw holes in the wall to hold curtains rod up above each window. I asked about it because nowhere in the lease or handbook does it say no holes or no screw holes in wall. The only place in the whole lease or handbook says anything about holes in wall is under the move out. It says, “Do not attempt to patch nail holes, if you choose to touch up it could result in charge”.
