Windrose Place is a great place to live! The leasing staff (Lynn and Yani) are very nice and easy to work with, and the entire place is well maintained and clean. The location is also nice and close to Old Town Pasadena, the Lake Commons area, and the metro station. Overall, I highly recommend.
This complex has been a god send. Had to move in after the Eaton Fire. It is convenient, clean and the tenants are friendly. The staff are responsive, professional and friendly. Love it.
Like many Realtors, I had clients and friends of clients who lost their homes in the January 2025 Eaton fires. We did everything we could to help, calling anyone who might have housing available. Wonderful place to live. Beautiful grounds, great onsite staff, wonderful neighborhood to walk in and it’s close to everything- Walk to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, coffee houses, Metro, Petsmart. restaurants, shopping. Close to Old Town Pasadena, Art Center, Cal Tech and JPL.
Windrose Place has been good for my family and me. The front office and long-serving staff deliberately cultivates an atmosphere of community that is contagious to the residents. The maintenance crew is friendly and helpful, quick to respond to issues and keeping things humming along. As a pet friendly rental facility, there is a natural affinity between residents and their canine family members.
