All the staff are hands down some of the best healthcare professionals I've had the pleasure to interact with, and I am incredibly thankful for them! All the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. When I was being seen by them I felt like a person rather than just a patient. While I was talking with them about my health concerns they were able to bring levity and humor to a situation that intensely stressed me out, making me feel a lot more at ease. I love Dr Odetta. She is Always kind to me. She is a great listener. Anything you need or have concerns about She is excellent at helping you (me) with this. The whole staff is great. But if you want a GREAT DR SHE'S THE ONE.
We love Dr Mosier!! She is the Pediatrician for all 4 (soon to be 5) of my children. She always listens and is quick to get back with us regarding any issues we have with our kids. We can normally be seen same day or early the next morning. One thing is if they could get more at home Covid tests… It has been pretty bad in our family, being a large one. It would be nice to check at home and let the Dr know what next steps to take..
Went in for Medicare plan counseling, Grecia was terrific, spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. Very pleased with my visit.
Friendly, cheerful, polite, timely and we-prepared are all adjectives I would use to describe the the WHN staff with whom I interacted today. Dr. Hasenour gave me some very helpful feedback about vaccinations as well as managing some side-effects from the diabetes medication I take (which is quite effective, by the way). These people really understand the delivery of primary health care and do that process with exceptional skill and caring. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
