This place is an absolute joke!!!! I asked to speak to the manager, but they are not available. I’ve had an appointment for several weeks. They called me the day before to tell me that they need to switch my appointment. Then call me back a couple of hours later and say they have an appointment in the evening why would I wanna do that? I have to fast for blood work. Make it make sense. Dr Jennifer Hardesty is a very good Doctor. One of the best. She is very thorough and spends time with me. She genuinely cares about me and my health. She treats me with respect. Her nurse is also very nice and thorough and does her job well. The receptionist is always friendly and the phlebotomist lady that does my bloodwork is really good too. She’s nice too. I am very pleased with WindRose Health.
This place is terrible. I was told my first appointment would take 4 months to be seen. And then once I went. I was told to come back a couple weeks later and scheduled me to “Fast” till 5:00 PM for bloodwork. They called me that morning to remind me, “make sure you fast all day till 5. I said ok no problem. I get there at 5:00. And my dr said they do not do late afternoon fast. So I literally did not eat all day for no reason. Wind rose used to be great like 10 Years ago . I saw Dr Donna O'Donnell January 13th 2026 for the first time. I was very happy with her concern for my health moving forward. She was very thorough and self explanatory. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I am so relieved I was referred to Windrose Healthcare.
Very nice and professional staff. Dr Matthew Feeney is the best doctor 🫡🫡 My liver enzymes were elevated and I was pre diabetic and also had high blood pressure problems, now all my tests results are negative. I am enjoying healthy life with my family..thank you so much everyone at Windrose 🫡🫡🫡🫡
