I would not recommend this business. I had 3 appointments last fall, I was never asked to make payment for my visits. 6 months went by and I got a call from a collections agency saying I never paid my balance with Windrose. Come to find out they had been sending me a bill but they had the complete wrong address so I never got a bill and then they sent me to collections. I gave my address during my initial appointment over the phone because it was a TeleHealth appointment and nobody ever called and asked me for the correct ad... read more
