We love our home in Windrose. We worked with Curtis at the sales office and had no issues with him. Our experience with him was great. We did have issues with Zach. Multiple items were not completed prior to close and he had tons of excuses. The last item was completed the next week after closing. And I did feel like I shouldn't have had to be on Zach so much to get my items complete. But over all the neighborhood is fantastic and the sales team, especially Curtis is fantastic. I purchased a home in stage 7 of 10 stages and I made sure before signing the contract that everything I had discussed with my sales counselor was in the contract. That is very important no matter who I do business with, because, I can misunderstand someone or they could misunderstand me.
