From initial showings, contractual hurdles, inspections and walk throughs, the entire process and experience was nearly stress free. Can’t speak highly enough of the DR Horton staff, both Melinda and Caleb Smith. Caleb in particular, made the inspections informative and insightful. Easily set us up for success if we found some cosmetic imperfections, which are expected with any new build. We just purchased a new build home in Windrose neighborhood and we can’t say enough good things about Caleb Smith! As first-time homebuyers, we were a bit nervous, but Caleb took the time to walk through the entire house with us, inspecting every detail. He was so thorough, catching things we never would have noticed, and really made sure we were confident every step of the way. He’s a fantastic professional and an all-around great guy. Highly recommend him!
