I've been here for awhile and it is a great place to live. It's rare to find a place that pays utilities, and this is one of them. Apartments are furnished, at least ours is. Furniture is Goodwill quality. Tenants are only responsible for electricity and any Internet/cable. Locked into Att for internet but you can get Dish for tv. The neighbors are all friendly but keep to themselves, and the walls are decently soundproof. You hear murmurs but nothing that would be distracting.
