RecommendedI just changed vets and on a referral brought my 11 year old dog to Windrose and Dr. Skalos. Best decision ever! For the first time in my dogs life, he received thorough care and all of my concerns and questions were addressed, answered and really listened to. Add kindness to the mix from the staff and it was perfect in every way. Thank you Dr. Skalos for examining Biscuit, not just a dog on your schedule, but a unique, loved family member like he was your own.

I had a very good experience at Windrose animal hospital. We brought our dog for a second opinion We were treated very well and we were able to speak with the veterinarian in person to discuss our dogs care. This was very helpful. Since Covid speaking to a veterinarian in person has been difficult. It made such a difference in figuring out what the best treatment was for our dog. I am very thankful we found them and will recommend them to everyone we know!

Prompt appointments for pets in need. We recently adopted a cat and a few weeks after his checkup, was having skin issues. They got us in right away and we now have a treatment plan. It's hard to diagnose cats since they hide all of their symptoms, but the plan is to start with the basics and pursue other options only if necessary. We are very happy customers.
Today was our first visit. The staff was very caring. The price was responsible . I recommend them .

I have been taking my girls to Dr Skalos since the early days when Windrose opened. I have always found him to be kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Recently my one little girl developed a rare, incurable illness. We tried to support her to maintain her quality of life but unfortunately the end came too soon. Dr Skalos and his staff were unbelievably supportive and compassionate during her illness and at the end when she was given the peace she needed. I am thankful I chose Dr Skalos to care for my little girls.
