The owner of this property does bad business with their tenants. It’s has been 3 MONTHS since I’ve moved out and every time I’ve called to ask for an update on my security deposit I was told they would follow up. After several contact attempts I spoke with the owner’s rude wife who informed that the owner was out with COVID and that they “talked about it”. I lived in the older apartments on this property and Bryan did everything he could to fix everything. I then moved to the newer apartments and I loved them! Great price for the space in this economy. The only thing I didn’t like was the walls are VERY thin, but that is personal preference. Loy is a great landlord and is great with communication. Bryan is AMAZING and great at responding/fixing anything in the apartment.
Excellent experience with this company. Well-managed and Bryan was a great maintenance man! Very friendly.
Nice quiet apartment complex. The owners are really sweet. Would reccomend.
