Wonderful builder, wonderful neighborhood. Our home is perfect with minor complaints. Would build here again :)
The agent was not interested in talking to us. The model home is nice but a bit compartmentalized. The ~4400 home was all "upgraded" too making it difficult to really see what a "not upgraded" version would look like.
