The roller blinds installed in our home broke within two years. They came out to fix. Then a different panel broke this year. Now I try to call them and emailed and left them voice message three times. No one is returning my call. Bad follow up.

I have been in the Building industry for 36 years and this company has poor communication skills from day one. I’m building a custom home in Hawaii & I tried to get all of the information upfront for the home automation. Once everything was wired, I found out after the fact it was all done incorrectly. No one can explain what to do or how it needs to be done until you deal with the president. Then he basically puts everything back on your shoulders that it’s your fault. This review is from 2017: The Collection’s "preferred" vendor was Window World. The condo developer was a reputable company so I had ASSUMED there was some type of screening process that A&B did. This is my fault for assuming. Never assume! We ordered our solar motorized shades for our entire unit in November 2016. Window World installed in December and said the trimmings (fascia) of our window was not arrived yet so they will contact us for installation. It's April 2017 (4 months from initial installation). Had Ben and Isaiah come this morning and remove and replace a window. After carefully removing all of the window casing and the window and frame. They installed the window after much modification. They did it quickly and effieciently. Great job guys, if I ever need anymore window replacements, i will be sure to give window world call. Thanks again to Ben and Isaiah.
