Update: 04/30/2023 this contract is still outstanding. The merchant refuses to call or answer any correspondence from me. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the merchant refused to respond to the BBB. I'd give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I signed our contract 12/14/2021 for 20 regular sized windows, 1 picture window, and 1 back door. The windows were not delivered and installed until 06/24/2022. The windows were not delivered and installed until 06/24/2022. At the time of delivery, 1 of the windows was broken and 2 more were missing. Also, the screen for 1 of the windows was torn prior to installation. Both Merrill (the owner) and the installers were made aware of these issues prior to the installers leaving. Love this company!!! Very personal, affordable, quick and easy process! They got 20 windows installed in 1 day! Their work is amazing I couldn’t be more happier!

I would highly recommend Windows and More for replacement windows. We had a great experience with Merrill Bigelow when ordering our windows. He was able to guarantee that the replacement windows would meet all the specifications required by our HOA. The installers were so personable, efficient and left no dirt behind. Most of all, the windows look amazing, inside and out!!
