I have a rental property that needed some upgrade. I had six different window companies give me bids. Windows America was not the most expensive and they were not the least expensive. Mark Cibula came to the house and was the only one to bring a window sample and to really explain the process. He did not try to sell me. What he did do was to educate me. In 2004 I checked out three window manufacturers and selected Windows America to replace windows in my Ravencrest townhouse. They offered the best Low-E glass, the best price, and the best warranty. Itwas the right choice! The quality of the windows and the installation were so outstanding that I wrote to encourage the Ravencrest Townhouse Association to recommend Windows America to others.
