I’m not impressed by the customer service.
I met with Manny the other day while traveling through Seattle. He has a great store with excellent prices, and he is extremely knowledgeable.
Windows101 blows their competitors away with pricing and still manages to have excellent customer service. I would prefer USPS shipping since it usually arrives quicker than UPS ground. But I’m sure they’ve figured out the shipping method that works best and a couple extra days between an order and arrival is no big deal. Thanks!
