We got our windows and sliding glass doors done with this company and they did a terrible job. Shortly after the job was completed, the windows are not functional. They have a really hard time opening, or get stuck, or fall back closed on their own when you try to leave them open. The sliding glass doors all get stuck or make a loud clicking noise. Horrible service. Promised to have window in three months ago and it turns out my window still has not been ordered.
I had nothing but a smooth process with Windowman. My windows arrived before the expected date and the team had them installed in 2 days. It was the best decision I made to change them. Good job team, from sales to installation, to customer service I have no complaints. In love with my new windows and doors! Thank you!
