I am selling my apartment and needed a variety of repairs, window balances, new screens, and repair. Windowfix scheduled an estimate quickly, their techs are smart and professional, they were able to order parts that other firms wouldn't even repair, they did the work quickly and less expensive than the other 2 companies I called. Highly recommend.

Wasted so much of our time. After our initial consult/quote they sent someone to do the work completely unprepared. They they spent 3-4 of those hours consulting again, and then a week later, we got another quote. Spent a week going back and forth because they were doubling the cost of work, but then when I continued to ask questions, they in fact, had misquoted. Beware. The worst company in the world. Rip off artists. Take your money and don't deliver the product. They don't care. Do not use them.
