Please be extremely careful doing business with WindowCrafters. I purchased a $3,500 window from them, and the seal broke in year seven. Unlike all of their literature and the “contract” this window was not made by them. This was not disclosed in the documents. Therefore, instead of a prorated 25-year warranty like their other windows I received this….. “We didn’t manufacture the 400 Series window in your foyer.
