I had an excellent experience with Window Craft. My salesperson was Pat Oroark. He was absolutely the best, honest, transparent, and fast! I got burnt with another window supplier that had me waiting on windows for over 4 months and Window Craft got them for me in 3.5 weeks. I am so appreciative to them for helping me in a crunch!
We recently purchased a home built in 1994 and discovered the pivot hinges/pins were broken on several windows. The first local company I called for Vision 2000 Window replacement parts was a frustrating experience. The owner was gruff, irritable and short: Customer service was not his strength. Made contact for a replacement entry door, with a security screen door as well. After providing a detailed description of what we were looking for, and arranging an appointment for an estimate, got a text telling us it was not large enough for them to bother with.
