Just had Window Worx (a family owned and run company) out of Johnstown replace our cloudy double panes. Their pricing was fractions of what replacement windows would cost us. They also satisfactorily replaced a large leaky window that was improperly installed by the builder. Likewise, they reinstalled an exterior door, so it sealed properly, avoiding the cost of replacement as other contractors suggested.
