I am very displeased with the service. I was initially told 2 to 3 weeks for custom screens. After the third week, I called and they updated me with 3 to 5 weeks. I called again today and I was told They have no updated status. The customer service agent that I spoke with did not seem to care much about my issue or the fact that they promised a product in a timeline, but has not delivered. She laughed at me on the phone and hung up on me before I was done. I really hope that once we get the screens back that day are perfect.... read more
