The experience of my window purchase and installation was great! The quote appointment was easy, no pressure- and he answered all my questions thoroughly. The installation went smoothly, the crew arrived on time, worked hard the whole time, and they cleaned up everything before they left. The crew chief showed me how to work the windows, and even how to get the adhesive from the labels off. I am very pleased, and highly recommend Window World.

I recently had Window World of the Hudson Valley install new siding and install 2 picture windows. I cannot say enough positive things about this project. The installers were professional, diligent, and did a great job. They kept me informed of the status of the installation and did a thorough clean up each night and at the end of the installation. I highly recommend this company!!!

The very best to do business with. Kim and Bill are the real deal. From the sit down to planning to completion, not one issue at all...I had siding and windows, gutters and a new front screen door. All were so professional I thought I was dreaming. I cannot say enough good things about the finished product. If I could give 6 stars I would! Wish all companies were this efficient.

We had 9 windows and 1 slider installed. What I appreciate most about working with this company is that the owners are very responsive and customer service oriented. They respond without delay to messages and address all questions or concerns thoroughly and promptly. This is very rare with businesses today, so their customer service is acknowledged and appreciated. The windows work well, look nice and are a fair price. I would recommend Window World and would use them again in the future.
