very unhappy with service. i purchased garage doors and an entry door Color came in different than I thought. I was very upset. I never even received a phone call from the owner to see what the problem was. I received a swach of what they said I chose which was different than the original photo. Also I kept asking for the brand of the front door and received a nasty email that they got back to me “per my persistent request”. Kind and professional from the initial estimate all the way through installation. The switch over from two swinging glass doors to a sliding door went smoothly, and the way they left it, looks great! Heck, I forgot to get some info before they left… I called the office and the installer came back to clear things up. Sure, I’m sorry I made them a little late to their next appointment, but I sure did appreciate the prompt response!
