If I could do 0 star I would. This was the crappiest/sloppy window job I have EVER seen. My neighbors have much older windows than mine and they look 100% better than mine do. The outside trim is so incomplete not a sealed finish. My handyman was here to hang a curtain rod - the inside of the trim was never even caulked! Additionally, they failed to tell me that I had to set up an appt for final inspection with local building department. I received a notice stating that "my" building permit was expired. Bill and Kim and their entire team are wonderful to work with. From the initial consultation through final installation the team was professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. We used Window World of the Hudson Valley to update all of our windows and install a bay window. The team that came was very neat and professional. They replaced 15 windows and installed a bay window in 6 hours! We are very happy with the results.
