Window World of the Hudson Valley updated our windows, and installed a new front door and 3 screen doors. The team that came was very neat and professional. They replaced 13 windows, installed a new front door and 3 screen doors, all in one day. We are very pleased with Window World of the Hudson Valley. My window was broken by a turkey vulture, so I needed it fixed. I called several places and no return phone calls. Then one owner came out and said he would send me a quote within two days. Never heard from him again. My coworker mentioned Window World to me, so I called. Low and behold a human actually answered the phone and was so polite and helpful. If I could do 0 star I would. This was the crappiest/sloppy window job I have EVER seen. My neighbors have much older windows than mine and they look 100% better than mine do. The outside trim is so incomplete not a sealed finish. My handyman was here to hang a curtain rod - the inside of the trim was never even caulked! Additionally, they failed to tell me that I had to set up an appt for final inspection with local building department. I received a notice stating that "my" building permit was expired.
