My window was broken by a turkey vulture, so I needed it fixed. I called several places and no return phone calls. Then one owner came out and said he would send me a quote within two days. Never heard from him again. My coworker mentioned Window World to me, so I called. Low and behold a human actually answered the phone and was so polite and helpful.
