My husband and I just had 2 more windows replaced by Window World. This is the second time we have used them because we were so pleased with their product and workmanship the first time! We had a great experience with Window World and were happy overall even through there were a few issues with the total transaction (initially the wrong windows were ordered). They always fixed the issue right away. They installed 8 windows and helped put up some missing pieces of vinyl siding that had blown off the building. This took a couple of visits and the guys were always curtious and helpful each time. The last person to come out was Devan to put up our vinyl siding. I live in a Condo and my living room has the floor to almost ceiling 3 large windows and door that needed replacing. I called around and got best price from WW. Their "blue team" was very professional and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the finished work. The only "glitch" was the screen door was not the appropriate size and now I am waiting 5 weeks for the right one. They are trying to get it sooner.
12 windows done !!! First and foremost kudos to Dillon (not sure I spelled that correct) and Alex, the "PINK" team were fantastic. They arrived as scheduled and got right after the job. They cleaned up behind themselves and once the project was done they went through the operation of our new windows. All along the way they were more than willing to listen to our requests. Adam & Team installed windows/trim work & slider; Devan & Team installed siding & basement door; Sally at the office assisted with selecting a new door and holds everything together!
