The sales person that came to the house was very professional and provided great important about what we were going to receive. They did a great job in installing the windows. Very professional workers. Were we to get paper work on the windows during the time of insulation? If so, we didn't receive any, plus when we received a call from window world after windows were installed, they ask if they showed us where the serial numbers were we told them no.
