I had windows installed and they are have moisture issues on the inside . I called and they sent out there service tech . He told me that was normal and handed me a paper that they made telling me it was normal. I have also contacted them by internet 3 times and they won't call me back . I also feel air coming through them when it is windy outside . I have not had the windows for a full year yet . My old windows didn't even have moisture on the inside .

Worse than poor service! Dishonest. Had a signed contract and they will not honor!

When I got windows installed in January 2015, I was less than happy with the wait, and the whole experience in general, but those owners have moved on. I needed some adjustments made to my windows today, and the manager, Jerry, came to my house right away and was so efficient, pleasant, and eager to improve Window World of Springfield's reputation. He encouraged me to call him any time. Very satisfied.

We have never had more problems than we have had with the purchase and replacement of a French door in our house. Problems included rescheduling, installation of the door that was painted backward, molding installation problems, re installation of the door and the finish is still not correct. This whole fiasco has been going on since September 28. The cost of the door including installation is over 5,500. I would caution anybody with doing business with this business.
