The 2 man crew was professional. I was surprised there were only 2 guys but they got the job done even though it took 9 to 10 Hours. We are very pleased with the new windows. I would recommend Window World if your looking to upgrade your home.
they started out real good once they finally came out and installed window but the follow-up they have failed miserably. it took them a month or 2 longer to get the window in then beginning. then had a broke window and it took another two and a half months or 3 to get that in replace and been waiting nearly four months since then to get the caulking around a window completed in a July 2018/ or beginning August 2018and now it's March. now it is March 2019 not job not completed and not satisfied at all at this point
They all were so nice and did a great job. I definitely recommend them! Thanks Window World we love our new windows on our back porch!
