Window world placed 25 windows in my home in 2006. Great job including the install. Last year 2014, I needed some parts. That took 3 months and those parts were on hand or so I was told. Also in 2014 a seal went bad in a window. It has been about 7 months, not fixed yet. Called the store today 5/8/15. There records show the window was fixed last year.Huh, still not fixed.
