Recently had, what I think, affordable windows installed by professional installers. Overall, the experience was worth the new look of my home according to several positive comments I've received.
I like my windows but first of all my appointment had to be rescheduled. I received a voice mail at 4:43pm on the day prior to my scheduled install. The installers did not clean any of the nails from the install. I had nails and metal pieces in my yard and driveway. I called Matt, the representative, and he came over picked up nails with my help. He collected a large amount of nails and metal debris. My account was also charged the second payment without confirming payment with me.
