I walked in and it smelled of smoke. I'm not sure if it was carry over from the smoke shop next door or if someone had been smoking inside. The person sitting at the desk turned off the show she was watching adn asked how she could help. When I explained what we were looking for, she said she couldn't help. It was a waste of my time.
The guys did a great job, and made sure we were happy before we left.
Great installation crew. Very courteous and efficient. Love the new look for our house . I believe the new windows have made our home more quiet and easier to cool and heat. A very nice value for us.
