We had several windows replaced. This company has been a pleasure to work with.
Several years ago Window World installed 4 patio doors at my house which came with a lifetime warranty. Had problem with one of the door locks and they scheduled an appointment to fix it on a Saturday between 2-5. About 10 min after 5:00 Charles called and said he was running late and asked if it was still ok for him to come anyway. We said yes and he didn’t get here until about 6:30. Aaron was very thorough when it came to providing me with a detailed quote. I initially called for a window quote (as a repeat customer) but ended up getting a quote on an exterior door instead. When it was all said and done the entire entryway was rebuilt and replaced. From the sill, to the threshold to the trim. Everything. Charles and Justin worked endlessly to achieve perfection. I would like to comment on my experience so far. The initial consultation was good, but needed to have a few things cleared up by the owner. I made an appointment with (Bill) the owner and got all the questions clearly answered. We asked about installation dates and were informed that December would most likely be the install time. I called on 12/13/24 and was informed that the install would be around the end of February or March. I don’t even know where to start which part of the experience was the best every single person in this company from the people that answer the phone the people that give estimates to the people that come out and do the actual work. Every one of them has been nothing short of amazing, pleasant, and wonderful to come in contact with, the prices here my mind compared to other places I had part of my windows installed yesterday.
