We had 19 windows replaced today. The professionalism was beyond amazing. They introduced themselves when they got here, told me the plan and got to it. They completed it in 1 day! Absolutely amazing. They cleaned up after and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend Window World enough. From the start of getting a quote to the finished product. Highly highly recommend.
Yesterday we had 4 windows and a sliding patio door installed. After introducing themselves, they spread drop cloths through the whole house which we were impressed with. Their workmanship is impeccable. They were very professional and very courteous. They explained the operation of the windows and door. They completely cleaned their work area. We had 17 windows replaced, 9 of which were on the second floor. The crew that came out was incredible. They showed up at 8:30 and worked until 6:30 to get the job done in 1 day. Top quality windows, great price, awesome service. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

Several years ago Window World installed 4 patio doors at my house which came with a lifetime warranty. Had problem with one of the door locks and they scheduled an appointment to fix it on a Saturday between 2-5. About 10 min after 5:00 Charles called and said he was running late and asked if it was still ok for him to come anyway. We said yes and he didn’t get here until about 6:30.
