What an easy 5-star review! Everything went great from the estimate process to the installation. We couldn't have asked for a more professional installation of our French door. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they went leaving no messes. Such an easy recommendation to use Window World of Northwest Indiana for your project. I love my new windows. From the sales team to the installers, they were professional and courteous. Brandon showed me several options for what I was looking for and helped me make the right pick for my house…not the most expensive ones…the ones that were best for ME. The install crew worked tirelessly throughout the day and made sure every window worked exactly like it should before they left. Highly recommend this group.
We had 19 windows replaced today. The professionalism was beyond amazing. They introduced themselves when they got here, told me the plan and got to it. They completed it in 1 day! Absolutely amazing. They cleaned up after and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend Window World enough. From the start of getting a quote to the finished product. Highly highly recommend.
Yesterday we had 4 windows and a sliding patio door installed. After introducing themselves, they spread drop cloths through the whole house which we were impressed with. Their workmanship is impeccable. They were very professional and very courteous. They explained the operation of the windows and door. They completely cleaned their work area. We had 17 windows replaced, 9 of which were on the second floor. The crew that came out was incredible. They showed up at 8:30 and worked until 6:30 to get the job done in 1 day. Top quality windows, great price, awesome service. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
