We had our windows and sliding glass doors installed back in 2014. We originally chose them for the style, competitive price, and the warranty. Recently, a piece broke on one of our windows, and I assumed it might be a challenge to get help after 12 years. I was wrong! I called and explained the issue, and they quickly set up an appointment. The technician came out, replaced the part, and we are good to go. The entire process was super easy, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
We had all of our windows replaced by Window World about 7 years ago. While most of them have been great, a few had developed some spotting/mold inside the double panes. I was able to get replacement windows ordered in one easy phone call and the spotty windows were replaced at no charge within a month! WW was incredibly helpful throughout this process and I appreciate their prompt and courteous response!
