I had Windows installed, and from the quick response to my initial request for an estimate to the actual estimate was almost next day. I was quoted the price and told my time was 4-6 weeks for receiving the windows and having them installed. Once I made my decision with window world (who were the most cost friendly of any quote I had for the same product) I contacted my salesman to get my windows on order. Michiana Window World is a good company. Randy is always responsive, I have ZERO complaints about there people, products or installation team. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end, I especially liked their simple approach to selling me windows...measurements, explanation of options, written price, done!
In April 2019, we signed a contract with Michiana Window World to have new siding put on our home. We were told the lead time was 4-6 weeks. After that time had passed, we called the office to inquire about a status update. Our file could not be found. After several days, we were told the file was buried on the salesperson’s desk. In October of 2018 I noticed small shards of glass on my bedroom window seat. I opened the blinds and saw the top window inside glass was cracked and broken. I am afraid to climb up and push on it with tape in case the glass falls down on me. I did shove a piece of cardboard against it. I reported it to Michigan Window World in Granger, Indiana. We had windows put in back in September, everything about the experience was wonderful. From the staff when we called to request the estimate to when the salesman Kenny came out to measure our windows. They were both polite and accommodating. Ken came during the evening after I was off work and even entertained my 2 small children while measuring. The installation was fast and the installer Gene was even early.
