Install was about 5 years ago, the windows are great. What impressed me the most, is that I had a small issue with window opening. Window world came out and repaired window under the lifetime warranty free of charge. I was skeptical about the lifetime warranty. They honored it, very impressed!
The installers arrived ahead of schedule and were courteous and respectful of our floors. They installed the windows without a problem. They walked around the house with us after competition of installation, asking us if we had any questions they could answer before leaving.
I had an excellent crew that installed all new high efficiency windows and a new door on my house. They also replaced all the vinyl siding on the front of my house as well, and it all took only 3 days to complete. They were very polite and friendly while being careful and respectful to our things inside the house. My wife has noticed that the light bill has been a little lower since the windows, door, and vinyl have been replaced, so it's not just a beautiful new look.
