Window world is by far the best window and door company. I had a couple come out but none of the others would answer all my questions. Patrick was a great sales guy, very knowledgeable. The installers came out, make sure the sliding patio door would fit the designated spot. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future again.
When the world was great there was a little bit of a wait but, with a difference in price from window world and other companies, window world is well worth it and it's worth any of the weight that there may be. Literally I paid 1/6th of what one company wanted to do my windows to window world.
The windows are great, and the installer was exceptional and had a very nice crew and very respectable
If I could give negative stars I would. It took almost 2 years for them to “complete “ the job. They charged my credit card without my permission. Two of the guys on the initial install crew had never installed windows. Windows were wrong. Windows were put in the wrong places. There were too many errors to even mention here. My case was investigated by the Florida Attorney General’s Office. Beware or Window World of Polk County.
