The customer service my mother is receiving is horrendous. She has asked Mary to have a manager to reach to her regarding issues she has had with workers who came to her home. And no one has called her back. Ever. Its been MONTHS. Almost a YEAR. They also cut the wire to her alarm system. Never said anything to her and now she has to pay over $300 out of her pocket for something one of Window World Employees have caused. I'm disgusted.
Friendly, not expensive , good job.
Work was done efficiently and completely to our satisfaction. Normal punch list items will be handled promptly and professionally. Fun commercials too.
Signed contract for window and new doors on August 9,2024: Was told by sales representative that all the installers worked for window world and were not sub contractors: That was a lie: All sub contractors: (they were the only good thing about the experience) My job just completed yesterday March 7,2025 The sales representative did the measuring which was wrong so they had to “make my window fit” The door came damaged and installers manager wanted the door installed anyways: I refused they had to order new doors: Window Worl... read more
