Windows came in about the estimated time frame, was quickly scheduled for installation, contractors came within timeframe given and got all my windows done in half a day.
Our living room windows and double doors leak. They came back twice: the lift wasn't on the truck to fix the windows and the 2nd time was the window was not the right size. We haven't heard back from them in months. The double doors leak when it's raining so we have to keep a towel there when storms/rain gets on the floor.
Very impressed with how well the job went.The workers were VERY polite and efficient.I was very impressed with how they cleaned up the carpet and floor when they were done with the installation. I will always keep Window World in mind for my neighborhood and friends.
