Window World of Polk County were great! Doug B., the dispatch/install department and the installation crew answered all of my questions and concerns. The installation crew Chuck, Hershall and Takoma were very respectful, hard working and pleasant to work with. They completed a scheduled two day job in one day. I would definatley recommend them.
I been using this company for few of the work in my house .The salesman came to my house for the second time and recognized that he was in my house before very friendly.the installer were very cleaned and did not leave any mess.
Stay away from this company. I wish I had done more research before we selected them. Unfortunately, I trusted the great Google review rating -- but if you dig in, you'll find all sorts of complaints about the poor customer service and installation services on Facebook, in Lakeland groups, and on the BBB website. Even the permit officials in they city are aware of the complaints from homeowners, and the active lawsuits again this company. It’s like pulling teeth to get a quote. Based on reviews I’m glad I dodged this bullet. Couldn’t even get a general glass door quote without having someone to come into my house. I know my dimensions and I’ve done this before. They said I need to go through a free in home estimate. No, I don’t want to waste my time with this. I’ll go to the next company that I don’t need to haggle to get a quote. Read many reviews, this company is shady.
