Window came in broke, happen to be the one we wanted to change to picture anyway. We would have never wanted a double hung window 14 feet above the floor...window world gave me no break on converting to pic window that should have a pic window all along. Current broken window is in the very front of our home with blue tape across the sash that's broken, salesman don't seem interested in ordering the picture window we want, even at a cost of $1400 for the picture window...
Window world has now replaced every window in my home...all beautiful windows...amazing how they were able to get the old aluminum frame windows out of the brick with NO damage to the brick...they are professional and accurate....the crew that does the install at least at my house did a fantastic job...very considerate and timely..I would recommend Window World to all..
