My installers Justin and Jason did a fantastic job installing my new windows in my house. They did a professional job. I am retired and I installed windows with my brother who owned his own glass shop and they should be proud of what they installed because they did a great job exactly what we would’ve done and the job was done right was clean. Very professional and love my windows
After installation a window lost its seal and needed replacement . Contacted office in Hattiesburg and Gulfport and provided info and was told it would be replaced soon . Contacted them around 3 months later and they said Hattiesburg office had issues and had “lost “ my replacement order but had now found it since I Had called . Ms Farrell said they would expedite my replacement and I would get replacement in 2 weeks . Five weeks later I had not heard from them . I called today .
