After installation a window lost its seal and needed replacement . Contacted office in Hattiesburg and Gulfport and provided info and was told it would be replaced soon . Contacted them around 3 months later and they said Hattiesburg office had issues and had “lost “ my replacement order but had now found it since I Had called . Ms Farrell said they would expedite my replacement and I would get replacement in 2 weeks . Five weeks later I had not heard from them . I called today . The service was fast a great thanks
Hurricane impact windows and according shutter installation crew was very professional. The salesforce was not to responsive to my inquires and changes during the fabrication period. I had to make contact several times before final resolution to my inquiries. It is notable that my salesman is no longer employed there.
Happy with the product. Installation crew was great, very professional. Took much longer to get windows than promised. Was told 8-12 weeks. Ended up taking 17.
The installers were professional and installed the windows in a timely fashion. The windows look very good, I've been receiving complements from the neighbors on how good they look. The wife loves them, she likes how they fold inward for easy cleaning without having to go outside. Thanks again Mr. Hayden.
