First off, Cam came thru with the initial greet and quote, pretty down to earth dude, no sales pitch no gimmicks. I ended up getting quotes from other competitors, some were ridiculously priced, some were lagging. After my interactions with other companies, I decided to go with window world, Cam had a lot to do with it, he was on it. So we ordered my windows after getting an official measurement. I am so happy with my new windows! From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was so smooth. I appreciate that Cameron was very up front about the cost and what we were quoted was what we paid (which was quite similar to the sample prices advertised in their flyer). We had two sliding doors installed for the same price it would have cost to get one at a name brand company. The sliding doors are great quality and look beautiful. The installers were professional, friendly and the workmanship is great. We are so happy to have chosen Window World
