My windows are beautiful! They are well insulated (less noise and save on my electric bill). They were on time, friendly and worked until all 17 windows were installed. They showed me how to clean them (they tilt in for easy cleaning) and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I don’t know why anyone would buy windows from anyone else. Again- my windows are AWESOME!

THREE Times I tried to get an estimate and each time they cancelled. Called corporate and they could have cared less. Stay away! Find a local installer. These folks, Martin, are priceless. Took today off and they called 30 minutes before. Not professional!
We ordered 4 windows and 4 patio doors and they were installed last week. It took a while for the order to arrive and installers to be scheduled but I believe that’s mainly because of the overload of window and door orders they’ve had as a result of Hurricane Florence. Greg is an excellent salesman! Always available to answer questions along the way. The installers were good but we recommend being present at the time of installation to clarify things as needed. First of all I liked Martin and Brenda from the start! In the showroom they fully explained the products and made me feel comfortable about doing business with them. They were flexible with scheduling to accommodate my needs. The installers were courteous and always asked us to let them know of any issues so they could address them immediately. I am fully confident that we now have our forever windows with a full warranty as long as we own the house! Highly recommend doing business with Window World of Eastern Carolina.
